The aeronautical chart Visual 500 Poland is an aeronautical chart with the look and feel of the German aeronautical chart ICAO 1 : 500.000. It shows the Northeast of Poland and parts of its bordering countries.

- Aerodromes with name, location indicator and frequency, length and direction of the runway, information on direction finders, aerodrome beacons, the traffic circuit and a diagram of the aerodrome elevation
- FIS sectors with frequencies

- Radio navigation aids (NDB, VOR, VOR/DME, VORTAC) with name, frequency and Morse Code identification
