Easy to Operate and Highly Readable**
The dot-matrix display of this radio is exceptionally easy to read, allowing users to clearly view characters and symbols. Memory channels and other settings can be conveniently adjusted using the front-panel controls, with limitations based on pre-programmed functionality for different operations.

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)
The newly integrated ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) feature reduces background noise during both transmission and reception. This function is particularly useful at airfields, where engine noise can significantly interfere with radio communication. The Automatic Noise Limiter (ANL)* is effective against impulse noise, such as that caused by vehicle ignition systems.
*Note: ANL and ANC functions cannot be used simultaneously.*
Optional Bluetooth® Headset Compatibility
When equipped with the optional UT-133A Bluetooth® module, the IC-A120E can be paired wirelessly with third-party Bluetooth® headsets.
Dust- and Water-Resistant to IP54
The IC-A120E is IP54-rated for dust and water resistance, making it suitable for installation and operation on open vehicles without cabin roofs.
Automatic Scan and Dual Watch Features
When the microphone is placed in its holder and the corresponding function is enabled, scanning begins automatically. Alternatively, the Dual Watch function can be set to activate when the microphone is docked. Removing the microphone stops the scan, locking onto either the priority channel or the channel displayed, depending on pre-programming.
