Easy to use: The large LCD-color-screen displays a menu with the available functions, as well as the current calculations. The order of the functions is in a logic and straight forward way to guide through your flight planning process.
Suitable for all FAA- and Canadian pilot-, mechanic-, and dispatch- examinations(Meets FAA 8080.6 and the Advisory Circular (AC) 60-11, „test aids and materials, used by airman knowledge testing-applicants").
Multiple Aviation functions: time, speed, distance, course, wind, fuel, height, cloud-base, standart-atmosphere, glide, climb and descent, as well as mass and balance. Some processes can be completed within one menu. The computer recalls previous entries and allows for correction and checking.
Favourites marking allows for a quick access to the most used functions and saves you aircraft's profile, to allow of individual programming of your specific aircraft.
Saves: All settings including your aircraft's profile, weight, and reference data, travel-data, user entered values and from the computer processed calculations, which can be deleted manually or by removing the batteries. More information in the included handbook of the CX-3.
A build in calculator, clock, timer and stopwatch are integrated with several settings adjustable like brightness, background lighting, themes, scrolling-speed, time zone and more.
Ergonomic design: The CX-3 features a simple to use keyboard and sleek design. The anti-slip cover protects you flight computer and allows for a good grip.
