State-of-the-art Technology
AIR COM features state-of-the-art technology. It is by far the smallest and lightest device in its class. The fully digital design offers extensive functionality, such as intercom capabilities, audio signal mixing, or customization of audio output and input. The "Say Again" feature allows replaying of received radio messages. Additionally, it supports simultaneous monitoring of two frequencies ("Dual Watch").
Installation
AIR COM, combined with the AIR Control Display, measures only 141mm in length, making it especially compact for installation. The Control Display and AIR COM can be installed as a single integrated unit or as two separate blocks. This flexible modular design allows for subsequent upgrades if needed.
Please note: The AIR Control Display is NOT included with the AIR COM main unit and must be ordered separately.

An AIR COM installation always consists of an AIR COM main unit and, depending on the type of aircraft, one or more AIR Control Displays. The AIR COM main unit can be installed either directly behind the instrument panel along with the AIR Control Display or as a second block in a suitable location within the aircraft.
