The Telex Airman 750 is a lightweight aviation headset for cockpit communications. Its open-air, on-ear design and adjustable earphones allow the fit to be tailored to the wearer. This version features two GA plugs for separate headphone and microphone connections. The amplified noise-cancelling electret microphone reduces the pickup of ambient noise to support clear voice transmission. The flexible microphone boom allows positioning close to the mouth and can be worn on either side of the head. The earphones are mounted on stainless steel sliders for height adjustment. Replaceable ear cushions and a replaceable microphone windscreen simplify routine care and replacement of parts subject to wear during regular use.The Airman 750 provides passive noise reduction and is approved under FAA TSO C57a and C58a.Features- Lightweight, open-air, on-ear design- Earphone height adjustment of up to 51 mm- Flexible, reversible microphone boom- Amplified noise-cancelling electret microphone- Replaceable ear cushions and microphone windscreen- GA dual plugs: PJ-055 for headphones and PJ-068 for microphone- FAA TSO C57a and C58a approved- 3-year manufacturer’s warrantyConnection noteThe connectors and electrical specifications of the aircraft audio or intercom system must match the headset version.

The David Clark H10-66 is an exceptionally rugged passive aviation headset featuring switchable high and low impedance. It was designed for demanding applications where the headset needs to be used with different communication and intercom systems. Thanks to its switchable impedance, the H10-66 is suitable for compatible civilian as well as military applications.A key feature of the H10-66 is the integrated High/Low Impedance switch located on the ear cup. This allows the headset to be adapted to communication systems with different impedance requirements. This flexibility distinguishes the H10-66 from conventional civilian helicopter headsets with a fixed impedance configuration. The H10-66 relies entirely on passive noise attenuation and requires no batteries or external power supply. The large over-ear ear cups, combined with high-quality ear seals, provide a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 27 dB, effectively reducing distracting cockpit, engine and rotor noise. For clear and reliable voice transmission, the H10-66 features a David Clark DC-87 dynamic microphone. The noise-cancelling microphone is designed for use in high-noise environments and helps ensure clear communication via radio and intercom. The proven Hinged Wire Boom allows precise positioning of the microphone in front of the mouth. Its rugged construction makes it particularly suitable for regular professional use.For a high level of comfort, the H10-66 features large, undercut Comfort-Gel ear seals. They completely surround the ears and contribute significantly to the headset's effective passive noise attenuation. The exceptionally soft foam head pad distributes the weight of the headset across the head and helps reduce uncomfortable pressure points during extended periods of use.The rugged construction for which David Clark is renowned is designed for long service life and demanding operating conditions. This makes the H10-66 particularly suitable for professional applications where reliability and durability are essential. The volume control located on the ear cup allows the listening volume to be adjusted quickly and easily. This version of the H10-66 features an approximately 1.5 m / 5 ft. extended coil cord with U-174/U connector. The David Clark H10-66 is made in the USA and comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.Features:Passive aviation headsetSwitchable high and low impedanceHigh/Low Impedance switch located on the ear cupSuitable for compatible civilian and military communication systemsNo batteries or external power supply requiredNoise Reduction Rating (NRR): 27 dBAround-the-Ear / Over-Ear designLarge Comfort-Gel ear sealsEffective passive noise attenuationSuper-soft foam head padDC-87 dynamic noise-cancelling microphoneRugged Hinged Wire Boom microphone armVolume control located on the ear cupRugged David Clark constructionApprox. 1.5 m / 5 ft. extended coil cordU-174/U connectorNo batteries required5-year manufacturer's warrantyMade in USATechnical Specifications:Model: David Clark H10-66David Clark P/N: 18283G-03NSN: 5965-01-360-0454Noise reduction: PassiveNoise Reduction Rating (NRR): 27 dBImpedance: High/Low switchableHeadphones: DynamicHeadphone impedance: 150 Ohms nominal (2 × 300 Ohms parallel)Headphone frequency response: 100 Hz – 5,500 HzMicrophone: DC-87 dynamic microphoneMicrophone impedance: 5 Ohms ±20%Microphone frequency response: 300 Hz – 3,000 HzMicrophone boom: Hinged Wire BoomEar seals: Comfort-GelConnector: U-174/UCable: Coil cordExtended cable length: approx. 1.5 m / 5 ft.Power supply: Not requiredWeight: approx. 595 g / 21 oz.Manufacturer's warranty: 5 yearsImpedance Note:The David Clark H10-66 features a switchable High/Low Impedance configuration. This impedance adapter connects a headset or flight helmet with low microphone impedance (approx. 5 ohms) to a high-impedance intercom used in civil aviation. The U-174/U plug of the headset or helmet connects to the adapter’s socket. The adapter connects to the intercom via two standard aviation plugs, PJ-055 and PJ-068.The adapter converts the microphone signal to suit the intercom. Headphone volume can be adjusted using the integrated control. No batteries are required.FeaturesLow-to-high microphone impedance conversionFor headsets and flight helmets with a microphone impedance of approx. 5 ohmsHeadset/helmet connection: U-174/U socketIntercom connection: PJ-055 and PJ-068 plugsIntegrated volume controlBattery-free operation
