Trig TY91 / TY92 wiring harness, long

The Trig TY91 / TY92 Long Wiring Harness is a pre-assembled installation harness for the compact Trig TY91 and TY92 aviation radios. It is specifically designed to simplify installation of the remote radio unit and TC90 control head while providing additional flexibility when positioning the components within the aircraft.

The long version is particularly useful when the TY91 or TY92 radio unit needs to be installed further away from the instrument panel. The connection between the radio unit and the TC90 control head is approximately 3 metres long.

Connections for power, ground, loudspeaker, intercom, headphones, microphones, PTT and auxiliary audio are already provided.

All audio lines use shielded cable to help minimise electrical interference within the avionics installation.

The harness also includes two sets of headphone and microphone panel sockets, making it suitable for a typical two-place installation for pilot and co-pilot.

The harness is supplied pre-assembled, significantly reducing installation work compared with building a complete wiring harness from individual components.
