Headset F 100 ANR with headset bag

The F 100 ANR is an aviation headset with active noise reduction, Bluetooth and standard aviation plugs. It features an electret microphone on a flexible boom and a control module with two volume controls. This version includes a headset bag and a microphone windscreen.

Active Noise Reduction, or ANR, complements the headset’s passive noise attenuation. The stated values are 30 dB for active noise reduction and 23 dB for passive attenuation. Both functions reduce unwanted ambient noise while listening. These figures are not added together to produce a combined attenuation rating.

The integrated Bluetooth interface enables a wireless audio connection to a compatible source. This provides an additional audio connection alongside the connection to the aircraft communication system.

The electret microphone is mounted on a flexible boom. Its position can be adjusted individually in front of the mouth to suit the way the headset is worn. A microphone windscreen is included.

Leatherette ear cushions support a comfortable fit. At approximately 340 g without the cable, the headset has a low weight. The connecting cable is excluded from this weight specification.

The control module provides two volume controls for adjusting the listening level. It also houses the compartment for two AA batteries that power the ANR system. Batteries are not included and must be supplied separately.

Connection to the communication system is via standard general aviation plugs. A headset bag is included for storage and transport. The F 100 ANR comes with a two-year warranty.
