for Sales and Customer Support
Your Main Responsibilities
- Product advice and support for our customers via phone, email, and in person at our sales office in Mannheim
- Order processing and handling
- Processing returns and complaints
- General commercial tasks
- Operating the cash register system
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for aviation
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Experience with ERP systems
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Friendly and professional appearance
